Half Dome from the Diving Board, by Paul Roark

The Diving Board is just to the south of Half Dome, about half way up. The view of the face of Half Dome from that vantage point is probably the most impressive view of the Dome there is. It is not an easy hike to get there. This 2005 photo makes for an interesting comparison to Ansel Adam's iconic "Monolith" image from the same spot 78 years earlier.
